Delete your account

Delete your Efatah account here, without the app. To confirm it is you, sign in with the same Apple or Google account you use in the app.

1. What is deleted

  • your profile: name and email;
  • the progress saved to the account (lessons, practice, devotional, streak, achievements) and the synced preferences;
  • your consent choices;
  • the links to Apple or Google and every session open on your devices.

Everything is deleted right away, all at once. It cannot be undone. If you signed in with Apple, we also ask Apple to remove the link with Efatah.

What is not deleted

  • the progress on your devices: it stays there, without an account, until you uninstall the app;
  • subscriptions: they belong to the App Store or Google Play and must be cancelled there. How to cancel a subscription.

2. Sign in with the account you use in the app

Cannot sign in? Write to support@santolingo.com from the account’s email address, asking for deletion. We reply to confirm.
