Data and deletion

Efatah has no user account. There is nothing to delete on our servers, because nothing of yours is sent there.

What is stored on your device

How to delete it

  1. Uninstall the app. On iPhone, press and hold the icon and choose "Remove App" → "Delete App". On Android, open Settings → Apps → Efatah → "Uninstall".
  2. If your device makes automatic backups (iCloud or Google), a copy of this data may exist in your backup, under your control and Apple's or Google's policies. To remove it, delete the app before the next backup or delete the app's backup in the system settings.

Technical logs on our servers

When the app downloads content, our servers record technical request data (IP address, date and time, resource requested, user agent), kept for a short period and not linked to any profile, because the app has no user identifier. For any request about these logs or other personal data, write to privacy@gracefold.tech.

Once accounts exist (coming soon)

When saving your progress with Apple or Google becomes possible, the account will be optional and can be deleted inside the app, under Profile › Account and sync. To confirm it is you, the app asks you to sign in again with Apple or Google.

If you no longer have access to the app, you will be able to request deletion at efatah.app/account/delete by signing in with the same Apple or Google account, or write from the account's e-mail address to privacy@gracefold.tech.
