The daily devotional
A short devotional for each day, with a verse, a reflection and a prayer. It never scores points and you can leave at any time.
The Devotional tab brings a short moment with God for each day. Everyone sees the same devotional on the same day, following the calendar.
What it contains
Six parts: an opening, the verse of the day, a reflection on the verse, a guided prayer, a moment of gratitude and a closing. Tap the right side or swipe left to move on; tap the left side or swipe right to go back; swipe down or tap X to leave. It ends when you tap Amen.
It is not a test
The devotional never scores points and has no right or wrong answers.
Listen in the language you are learning
The verse, the prayer and the opening phrase can be heard in the language you are learning with Listen. The reflection is for reading.
The devotional and your streak
The day counts for your streak when you reach Amen after going through the reflection.
Re-read and save
- In Your week, tap one of the last seven days to read it again. Re-reading does not count for the streak.
- Use Save to Favorites on the verse, reflection or prayer.
