Changed devices or reinstalled the app? A store purchase can be restored.
Purchases are tied to your App Store or Google Play account, not to the device.
On a new device or after reinstalling, sign in with the same store account you used to buy and use Efatah’s restore purchases option. No Efatah account is needed.
An App Store purchase stays with Apple and a Google Play purchase stays with Google; restoring works within the same store.
Still missing? Check you are on the same store account. If it persists, contact us with the purchase date and store.
