The trail, sections and lessons
How the Journey is organized into chapters, sections and short lessons, and what happens when you complete each part.
The Journey tab shows your course’s trail. It follows an order designed to tell a story, from basic to advanced, and that order never changes.
How the trail is organized
- Chapters: four chapters, from Foundation to Ambassador.
- Sections: ten per chapter. Each section introduces a group of 25 words and ends with a verse.
- Lessons: each section has several short lessons of a few minutes. Some introduce new words; others help you keep what you have seen, with stories, verses and listening.
Start and continue
A lesson you have not opened shows Start. Continue appears only when something is in progress. Doing each lesson once is enough to move on; repeating is always optional.
Completing a section
A section is complete when you have gone through all of its lessons. Completing is not the same as mastering: see how we measure your learning.
Going back
Completed sections stay open. You can go back to review or practise again whenever you like.
